Have you ever wondered how the killings by Boko Haram and the Fulani Herdsmen in Nigeria affect real families across the country?  The reality is millions of women widowed and million more children in various age groups struggling to survive without husbands and fathers.
 

Our motivation comes from two passages of scripture: Matthew 25: 35 - 40 and Proverbs 18:10. In the first scripture, Jesus directs us to feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, take in the stranger, clothe the naked, and visit the sick and the prisoner.  Through this mission we have become the heart of Jesus for hurting widows, their orphaned children and other men and women who are too poor to stand on their own.  Some of our target population comes to us from homelessness and incarceration.  We demonstrate the scripture in Proverbs 18:10, which says the name of the Lord is a strong tower that people can run into for safety.  By providing temporary accommodation, our dormitories provide shelter for those who need refuge from abuse or molestation, especially at night when the homeless are most vulnerable.  Please join us in this mission.
